The variety of flavors gives it a special taste everyone loves. No matter how many different tuna salad recipes I've tried, this one still tops our list! -Gerry Tressler, St. Petersburg, Florida

Family Recipe, a staple once a year when fresh tuna was available in my area. It's pretty spicy, so it is generally served with boiled potatoes which are perfect for soaking up the sauce. The sauce is awesome and stands up to the very meaty fish.

If you order a tuna melt in a New Jersey diner, you'll get something very similar to this! My method of topping the tuna salad with cheese FIRST, then tomato and more cheese, keeps the toppings from sliding off the bread.

Fresh dill, chives and a dab of mustard give this tuna salad a wonderful flavor. The combo of mayonnaise and yogurt for the dressing is light and refreshing. Makes four generous servings.
