Aunt Carol's Spinach and Fish Bake

Simple, easy fish recipe. Any white fish will do! And even the kids will eat up the spinach! (My four year old loves this dish!) This recipe was passed on by my Aunt and was a little bit of this, a little bit of that - so tweak the ingredients to your liking!

Curry Salmon with Broccoli

This is an easy and delicious way to use either fresh or frozen salmon. Being from Alaska, our family puts up with a lot of salmon during the summer. This is a very good recipe to use in the middle of winter when your family is saying no more fish please!
