I am continuously asked to bring this dip for parties and family get-togethers. People gather around the platter until it's gone. Five layers of Mexican-inspired delights are topped by a layer of vegetables, then smothered in cheese and garnished with black olives. The vegetables may be varied according to taste.

This is a delicious dip that can even be served as an entree along with tortilla chips and a salad. For a tamer version of this dip, use mild taco sauce. Enjoy!

A Southwestern-style layered dip that trips you up with a few surprise additions--soy sauce, for one!

The Best Taco Dip

This is a flavorful and spicy layered appetizer dish that you can serve with tortilla chips. It reheats wonderfully, if there's any left over! And that's a big "if."

This is a scrumptious taco dip. When I use all low-fat ingredients, such as low-fat sour cream and low-fat Cheddar, it still comes out so delicious! Serve with baked tortilla chips for dipping.

Try garnishing the dip with black olives. More jalapenos add an additional burst of excitement.

Easy Nacho Dip

A quick and easy dip that everyone loves. Doubling the recipe yields enough for a party. It is great with plain chips or nachos. Sliced black olives may be used as an additional topping.

We love refried beans and this dip has lots. Said beans are spread into a pan, then slathered with spicy sour cream and salsa. Tomatoes, lettuce, onions and olives come next, with a sprinkling of Cheddar cheese on the top. Serve with chips and dip in.
