This is probably the best recipe that I have found on this website! The only thing I changed was that I used Italian seasoning instead of fresh oregano. It is excellent!

This was great! I followed the recipe exactly, except I replaced the fresh oregano with dried as it's all I had. We served it over angel hair pasta. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

We LOVED this! So quick and simple, and it tasted like I'd spent ages on it. The only thing I did differently was to omit the parsley, and I upped the amount of oregano (I definitely recommend using fresh. The taste is so wonderful). I also didn't bother adding salt to the shrimp as feta is plenty salty enough imo. Great recipe. Thanks, Rose Ann!

This was very tasty and easy. The direction never say when to add the fresh oregano in, so I threw it in at the end. Love this and will probably make it frequently it is a great light summer meal.

this was quite possibly the best thing i have ever eaten. next time i may use more jalepenos though, because i like my food spicy. but seriously, bravo. my boyfriend and i loved it. very rich and flavorful. the only substitute i made was for the parsley and the oregano, i used dried italian seasoning.. still amazing. i also added a little butter to the pan before i cooked the shrimp. yum. if i could give it ten stars, i would.

I got several bites into this before I realized I forgot to top with the feta cheese. Once I did, this went from 3.5/4 stars to a definite 5. I did omit the oregano and added basil (preference), and cooked everything in one pan. My four large tomatoes released plenty of juice (from Gramma's garden) so I had no issues with it being too dry. I like this best with whole-grain brown rice or pasta - thanks so much for sharing :)

Delicious, the only thing I would do different is add more tomatoes. This was a nice change from chicken and beef.

Excellent! Anyone who gives this a review of less than 5 stars must have the pallet of a cow's back side. There was so much flavor and you can taste them all. It seemed that when one flavor ended the next one would pop up. I didn't change anything except I had some fresh basil on hand so I used it. Only other thing I did was after I heated the shrimp in the oil I had to drain the excess liquid before I combined it with the rest of the stuff. The shrimp I used were unfortunately previously frozen so they held some water. Other than that, this is an excellent, smashing recipe. Thank you very much for sharing!

These shrimp are mighty good. I never would have thought of putting feta cheese on shrimp, but that really made the dish. Thanks for the recipe.

You can have this ready in 5 inutes flat. I used fresh grape tomatoes, and instead of the oregano I used a dash of Worchisire sauce. Turned out GREAT that way. Also, as others have said, no need to cook the shrimp seperately. Just throw them in with the sauce when you're ready to cook them.

This recipe was very good. I made some minor changes because I am on a low-fat diet. I used much less oil, and used reduced-fat feta cheese. The kids preferred it on white rice, I myself used brown rice and it was delicious. It was also very quick and easy for a Monday night. Will definately make again.

Great Recipe. Quick, fresh ingredients and versatile. I personally prefer it w/ angel hair pasta. Jalapenos add little heat but a great subtle finish. On the vine tomatoes also added to the already robust flavor. Changes: I let the tomatoes simmer and reduce slightly and cooked the shrimp(sm/med)in the sauce until pink and ready to serve. This added to the flavor as well as added convenience points. A staple in my kitchen. :)

My family and I couldn't get enough of this. My 4 year old had three servings! This is so tasteful! My husband and daughter ate it with angelhair pasta. I am diabetic and ate it alone and still was wonderful. We will definitely be having this a lot.
