It is an awesome dish. I 'fished' it up a little by adding some sardines! It is also nice to sautee the shrimps in some olive oil with garlic. The italian parsely is essential, so it the lemon zest. The red bell pepper should still be crispy. Some black olives compliment it all, make it real spanish. The name Easy Paella is not completely true, it takes some work to put it together, but is it worth it. Put some italian parsely, shrimps, lemon slices and olives on top, to make it look real good!
