1 quart vegetable oil for frying
4 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 egg, beaten
2 cups dry bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large skillet. Dip the shrimp in the egg, then coat the shrimp with bread crumbs. Fry the shrimp in the hot oil.

Not bad, but some seasoning needs to be added. Old bay or lemon/garlic herbs worked well for me

Finally.....a breading that actually sticks to the shrimp! Very good, very easy. I thought it might be a bit bland, so I added garlic powder, garlic salt and paprika. The paprika made them fry up golden brown. YUMMY!

This was super easy, though a little messy, I season my 21/30 count easy peel shrimp with season salt, then I dredged in a seafood breader {flour version) then into the egg mixture and rolled in panko bread crumbs and then into the fryer. Watch your oil temp, my first batch cooked and browned a little to fast. After that the rest came out golden brown with a great crunch, very good, I made my own cocktail sauce also. Panko bread crumbs with keep your shrimp breading crunchy.

I used Italian style bread crumbs,and added a little garlic salt to the recipe. This breaded shrimp recipe was very easy to follow and the shrimp tasted wonderful.

was very easy to make and turned out GREAT!! kids dont like most breading and peel it off, but not this one. I also added alille garlic and paprika to my breading for more flavor.

This was super easy and delicious!!! I used Italian style bread crumbs. I also added some paprika and garlic salt to the breadcrumbs. Thank you, Erin, for this recipe! A definite keeper.
