I made this dish last night and it was wonderful. The fish got a little overcooked/dry because I left it on too long because the frozen veggies were still cold. Next time I will use fresh veggies or steam them first. This was really good.

Very good tilapia recipe! I made it almost exactly as written, other than sprinkling the veggies with some parmesan cheese after baking. I served it with brown rice. Very healthy and tasty!

This was such an amazing recipe, I followed every step! The one thing I added/changed was that after everything was in the baking pan (fish filets and frozen mixed veggies) I added fresh diced mushrooms on top - only because I had some in my fridge that needed use, but this turned out wonderful in the recipe! Thanks for sharing!!!

I just finished making this for my 4 year old daughter (everyone else was having a blackened tilapia sandwich for lunch) and she finished it all. Since it was only one serving, I put everything in foil and folded all the ends to seal in the steam. Baked it @ 325 for 25 mins. Came out tender, flaky, and perfect. The only thing different I did to the recipe was sprinkle a little bit of dried oregano and thyme to the fish and squeezed lemon juice over the entire foil package. Smelled and tasted Wonderful!

Not so great in my opinion. I think the fish would benefit from being baked in an open container. The water from the frozen veggies didn't help it at all.

Let me start off saying that I hate fish (the taste and boy have I tried to like it, since it is so healthy and low fat) and did not actually eat this....but made it for my husband and daughter while I had leftovers. My husband thought it was pretty tasty. I did not have any of the Old Bay Seasoning, but used some of Emmeral's essence instead. Because it is quite spicey...I only salt and peppered my daughter's (15 mo) and she loved it. My husband even ate the vegetables! I have never cooked fish before (see reason above) but found this recipe easy to follow. I will make again, Only got four stars because that is what my husband rated it

Great recipe! Easy prep and tasty. Even without the lemon. I just used garlic and lemon flavored Old Bay. Also used Adobo seasoning for a little extra flavor. Easy to use many different variations of this recipe....and I will!

I love this recipe! I make it all the time. I only gave it four stars however because the vegetables were bland. I decided to drizzle some lemon juice on them as well and sprinkle some seasonings on to give them a bit of a kick.

Very simple and healthy. My young children love it and request it. If you aren't into Old Bay, it's so easy to use your own desired seasonings.

Great Recipe. Mostly followed, but used butter, Old Bay, Lemon Pepper fish rub by McCormick, lemon slices and baked without the veggies. Turned out excellent, my husband who hates fish even liked it :)

I followed this recipe closely (for me!) except for the Old Bay Seasoning. We don't have any, so I just salted, peppered, and garlic powdered the fillets on both sides. Oh, and I drizzled each fillet with a little lemon juice instead of using slices, I prefer the end result. Quite good! Our daughter scarfed the fish and tried the veggies, success! Simple and tasty, I might try serving with a lemon sauce next time. Thanks for sharing, FMcNerney. :)
