Tilapia fillets are baked with a creamy tomato and garlic sauce. This is an easy recipe that I made up myself. It can be used when there are not too many ingredients available to make a big dinner. Can be served with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice. This will always be your favorite!!!

Tilapia fillets are rubbed with a mix of secret spices, then pan fried and served on white bread with a squeeze of lemon juice. I found this recipe in the pocket of a sleeping hobo lying by the railroad tracks. Where a hobo gets Tilapia from I have no clue.
