Wow! This was wonderful! However, I made a few changes to our liking. Like others I used 1/2 a bottle of Catalina dressing and a little water, hot chili beans, dash of cayenne pepper(this just added an extra kick, not to spicy), added bell peppers (or onions) to the meat mix. I made flour tortilla bowls and layered lettuce, beef mix, lettuce, beef mix, lettuce, cheese, salsa, green onions, olives and sour cream. Thanks for the great meal!

Yummy! Everyone at our bbq loved it. The only thing I would do next time is cut back on the sugar. I had not heard of this method before and loved the glaze that formed on the cobbler. I will make it again soon since we are having a great blueberry season.

OK I'm not sure if I have ever tasted the best blueberry muffin... but this one would have to be in the running. I made the recipe as directed with fresh blueberries and used the struesel recipe referenced below with brown sugar. They were yummy! The whole family agrees.

This was a nice change to regular bbq. The sweet and sour taste was perfect for my luau. I only had country style ribs, so once the meat fell off the bone I made sandwiches using Hawaiian bread. Yummy! I did make some other changes. First, I made this in a crockpot (too hot to turn on my oven) and cooked on low for 8 hours. Then, I used 2 cans of pineapple, bbq sauce in place of ketchup, couple dashed of cayenne, and added a little more cornstarch in the middle of cooking to thicken. I will make this again. Thank you! This is great with any slow cooked pork!
