Banana Crumb Muffins

These muffins were the best! I followed the recipe exactly but I did add in a quarter cup of walnuts. It was delicious and the crumb topping makes these irrasistible! Great for using up leftover mushy bananas.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

So easy to make and so good!!! I fooled lots of old southern families with this recipe. They said that it was the best Pulled Pork they ever had. Don't get fancy .... Just follow the recipe.

Clam Linguine

Reviewed on Nov. 1, 2008 by victoriasueno
I made this recipe once as a last minute dinner. It's a goof proof recipe and delicious! This recipe is a family favorite and I often have to double, triple or even quadruple the recipe so there are tons of leftovers. Served with garlic bread and a salad, it doesn't get any better. I love that I can change the recipe to suit my taste (more parsley, more clams, more garlic or no garlic) and it still tastes great! The one con I would say is whenever I make this the final product comes out very thin, so I add cornstarch to thicken the liquid, other than that, it's perfection.
