About me:
I love to travel, read magazines, and watch the wild birds in my back yard. Pretty much I'm a geek at heart. I am usually a lazy cook since I have to take care of my son, but pre baby and marriage I used to love to make gourmet meals for my mom. I talk a lot, and you'll find most of my reviews to be long winded!

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

This was delicious, I used a pinot grigio for the wine, 5 cloves of garlic and doubled the fresh tomato, thrown in the pan the last two minutes.

Classic Waffles

Reviewed on Nov. 2, 2008 by HARDROCKGIRL777
I doubled the sugar and the vanilla, and added a dash of cinnamon which I probably should have left out. Still these had a fabulous taste and texture and were great topped with chopped pecans and real maple syrup. Will make again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed on Oct. 30, 2008 by PacNWCook
Better than Marie Callendars! This recipe was exact, the filling was not runny, it was perfect. The flavor was great. You could add a bit more salt, I wouldn't, let people salt it on their plates! I thought is was great the way it was. If you're not a green pea lover, cut the pea ratio in half. I would probably use less next time (kids don't like too many).
