Banana Pancakes I

These were fantastic. Perfect texture. Only comment I need to make is that the taste of banana is very strong, so make sure your guests like bananas because there will be no way around it.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is my favorite slow cooker recipe hands down! I like the modification that you suggested with dredging with flour/spices and sear. The gravy comes out AWESOME!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

I've made this recipe twice though somehow my 2nd attempt didn't come out nearly as good as the 1st. Strange how this happens.. I must've altered it somehow before I cooked it the 1st time.. Gotta make notes next time! =P
