White Mountain Cake

Just ok. My husband said it tasted like a huge pancake. I agree with other viewers, it had a corn bread flavor and consistency. Maybe I need a better grade of flour.?? I used a homemade cream cheese frosting on it which really saved the cake. But I could probably eat a shoe if it had cream cheese frosting on it.

YUM!! A carb lovers dream. I tried rolling and using a pastry bag. Go with the pastry bag. A little brown butter, garlic and parmesan.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are the best. I doubled the recipe and added pecans. They are perfect. These will not last long around hre. Do not ned to change a thing. Thank you for the perfect cookie, better than the bakery!!
