Tuna Pasta Salad with Dill

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
DELICIOUS! Perfect for a warm, sunny California spring, summer, fall, or even winter! I didn't have any milk so I left it out and I substituted Jalapeno juice for pickle juice. It was a bit too "dilly" but still delicious!

If I could give this cake 10 stars, I would!!! Wow....this is just like eating a real cream puff.......I topped mine with Hershey's Milk Chocolate Topping....everyone could not stop raving......It's going to be a Thanksgiving Dessert for sure.....This will be a family favorite and a must try for everyone....hint...when the puff was baking it really rose...I just pushed it down...don't freak out if this happens.

Tortillas I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
These are awesome! Better than the store bought kind, nice and tender. Next time I make them I'm going to use bigger dough balls to get bigger tortillas. Yum definitely try these!

Caramelized-Onion Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
Excellent! I changed the recipe a bit based on our preferences but the original sounds excellent as well. I had boneless pork chops so I cooked them stovetop in the same pan as the onions, putting them in the pan towards the end. After I removed the pork and onions from the pan, I deglazed with a bit of apple juice and butter and poured directly over the onion smothered pork. So good!

Last Minute Mushrooms

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
I love sauted mushrooms! I added a bit of white cooking wine, parsley and a dash of balsamic vinegar (at the end). Very tasty!

Quick Eggplant Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
i agree with "grammy" below completely. my first time making eggplant parmesan and it was so easy! it was delicious, too. my only problem was the breadcrumbs kind of fell off and consequently got charred despite my trying to scoop them out of the pan - that isn't a fault of the recipe as much as user error, haha. hummy totally loved it so its goes in the keeper box.

Sausage Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
I followed advice of the other reviewers who thought it was dry, so I decreased the baking mix to 1 1/2 cups and 1 1/2 cups cheese!.. I served it with a mustard dipping sauce; without it was a little bland. I would definately add a little garlic salt next time!.. Pretty good though!

I give it five stars for ease, but three for blandness. Just didn't work for our family.

Tortillas I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
My grandma just recently passed away a few weeks ago, I will miss her tortillas but can honestly say that these are so close to how she made them right down to rolling the dough in little balls first. Thanks for the authentically great tasting tortillas!

Biscotti

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
This is a great recipe. I cut it down to 14 servings, and cut them a bit thick and ended up with only 6. The idea of cutting it with a pizza cutter is great. I don't like anise, so I substituted with coconut extract. My husband couldn't wait for me to make coffee, he just started eating one! I had to stop him. Thank You JANDEE, and JANDEE's friend from work!
