About me:
I am 19 years old and I love to cook. IT runs in my family. I really started cooking a lot when my mom was in the hospital and started playing around with flavors and making new entrees for the fun of it. Now the challange is my boyfriend is a less is more kinda guy. He doesnt like too many flavors or vegatables or textures sauces condements its very restricting so i am looking for easy recipes for him and I.

Easy Rhubarb Jam

Reviewed on May 9, 2008 by Garrett McCord
Vile. Real rhubarb jam and jelly doesn't involve crushed pineapple and strawberry jello to mar the taste of the rhubarb. A friend of mine made this and we tossed it. Made a real jam from scratch the next day.

I have not tried this particular recipe, but it is very similar to my mother's. Instead of apples, I use currants and rasins. Next time I will try it with apples. My family loves them amd I have to make them for New Year's Eve every year.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed on Dec. 12, 2007 by Alesha
Simply amazing. Better than restaurant quality. The only thing I did different than this recipe was cook the sauce longer than 5 minutes. I maybe cooked it for 10 - 15. It came out perfect. Love this.
