Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

As a previous reviewer said, if you don't like bleu cheese, use feta cheese; very yummy. Great recipe.

Ramen Noodle Soup

Reviewed on Nov. 10, 2008 by trishthedish725
I liked the ease and simplicity of this recipe. Like others, I tossed the packet that comes with the ramen noodles as it is loaded with salt. I also figured that the reason there was no amount to the sesame oil, is that you can drizzle it into each serving to personal taste, and your own preference to spicy sesame oil or regular. Very simple and good.

Oatmeal Carmelitas

Reviewed on Nov. 9, 2008 by christina b
I made these last night and refrigerated the pan until about 2 hours ago, just cut into them and they are AMAZING!!! I followed Ruby's advice to double the recipe for a 9 x 13 pan...mother of God these are addictive and I'm not sure they'll make it to the potluck they are intended for (my husband keeps looking at me all doe-eyed wanting more). The ONLY change I made was to use slivered almonds in place of the walnuts cuz I'm not a big fan of the walnut. This is a definite keeper.
