 i am single and in my mid forty's and try to always cook for myself healthy small meals. i love to prepare and cook for people whom enjoy trying new things. i really like it when my family comes over and my home smells of things on the stove. being the only single person in the family, they always are surprized at the amount of cooking.i also like to bake dog bisquits for my two wonderful companions and baby's Spook and jasimine. they love my cooking i never get a complaints from them. just a really loud barks of joy!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

I used chunk pineapple and more cherries! Beautiful and SOOOO delicious! A couple a friends said they want me to bake their birthday cakes! (months in advance!)

Artichoke Chicken

I work at an appliance store. Once a month a woman comes in to demonstrate a convection oven. She always uses recipes from allrecipes.com. Last month she cooked Artichoke Chicken. Everyone loved it. I tried it at home and it was just as delicious! Success at home!

Tomato Cucumber Salad

I found this salad very refreshing. I added a little crumbled parmesan cheese, and chopped up a little cilantro. My husband added a little hot sauce to his. Serve w/ crackers and this is a satisfying lunch when it's too hot to eat a heavy meal
