The made-from-scratch pie dough rolls out easily, offering a perfect 9-inch pie crust for the delicious pumpkin filling. That filling is sweetened with honey, spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, and made nice and creamy with evaporated milk. Serve with a spoonful of honey-ginger whipped cream.

Half of this pie 's strawberries are arranged in a baked pastry shell, and the other half are crushed and cooked up with sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and bubbly. This lovely glaze is then poured over the whole berries in the pastry shell. Chill this pie for several hours and serve it with mounds of whipped cream.

The Greeks know how to make heavenly chicken. The fresh lemon juice in the marinade makes the chicken moist, and the fresh herbs - rosemary, thyme, and oregano - make it flavorful. The garlic adds a bit of bite.
