This is a great recipe. I used sherry and port wine. Even used canned mushrooms. This is a keeper.

Central American Tacos

I liked this recipe. If you are looking for spice, this isn't it. I had lots of avocado sause left and it didn't turn brown after a few days in the refrigerator. I did use my food chopper as the blender didn't work for me. I added some lime juice to sause.

Black Bean, Sausage, and Sweet Potato Soup

My husband lifted the lid and frowned. He really liked after eating. Topped with sour cream. This was wonderful. I cut the recipe in half, but it only made 2 servings really.
