Grandma's Famous Salmon Cakes

This is the same recipe my Mom and I always use with one exception, we add about 1/4 cup of cornmeal to give it a more southern taste. I don't remove the bones either as it adds calcium to the meal if you just crush all the bones into the mixture.

Baked Beans, Texas Ranger

Just made this according to the directions and it was great. Sweet at first taste and then the heat takes you by suprise. Not overwhelmingly spicy but if you are not used to spice this may not be for you. This one goes in my box and has me thinking of variations.

Fresh Cranberry Salad

Reviewed on Nov. 21, 2007 by Bobbie McGowan
My husband is very particular and I was so happy when he really loved this recipe. First I made it exactly as it is, then later I made it again but changed the whip cream to Cool Whip. He didn't like it anymore after that. So I will stick to this original recipe from now on.
