Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by beckleston
These cookies are awesome! I got so many compliments, and was told by several people that they tasted just like the ones that at the health food store! Of course, they use organic everything in theirs, and drizzle chocolate on top. I plan to make these gems for our school's band tour bake sale - they'll be a big hit, I'm sure!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by beckleston
This was a wonderful recipe - my whole family loved it! I made 2 quiches and a couple little changes...a cup more broccoli (I'd actually add more next time), half the milk, one large onion for both quiches, and I added a can of carrots split between the 2 pans. It turned out great, and I got only two suggestions for improvement: My husband thought it'd be good with some meat(ham was suggested),& my son thought of adding something for more flavor. Rosemary, maybe? He likes fresh herbs.

Soft Giant Pretzels

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by beckleston
These pretzels are so easy & yummy - I used 1/2 white & 1/2 whole wheat flour, made 6 batches & took them to a Harvest Party, with some nacho cheese dip to dunk 'em in. Everyone was shocked that they were homemade - they were so good! When I told my son I was thinking of leaving the leftovers for a big dinner the next day, he put on a face and said "I love these, I planned to finish them off myself!
