About me: I'm a picky eater, but love to cook (I know it's weird). I don't eat half of the things that I cook, but my husband and my son are my taste testers since they love food.

Cocktail Meatballs I

Reviewed on Aug. 15, 2008 by Dita
These were ok. They werent the best meatball i've ever had, but they certainly werent the worst either. My children (ages 7 and 3) did not like them. I might make them again if i need a party/potluck dish.

Soft Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed on Jul. 19, 2008 by erinid
WONDERFUL cookies. I had everything on hand, melted the butter completely because I didn't feel like getting my stand mixer out, but that was the only difference- okay that and the fact that I only made 18 cookies. I just dropped them onto a greased cookie sheet and baked for about 14 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Oh my goodness-- cakey, chocolatey, AMAZING.

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed on Jul. 4, 2008 by erinid
Maybe it is because I have gotten into the habit of using unsalted butter, but these brownies needed SALT. I added about 1t the second time around, along with 1t of baking powder. The first time I made them they were good, don't get me wrong, but they needed some salt.
