About me:
I'm a Life Coach, a Reiki Practitioner and I do work as a clairvoyant medium. My work takes a lot of energy and I enjoy unwinding by cooking with my husband, Steve, whom just happens to be phenomenal in the kitchen! He has the demands that go with being a business owner and he also enjoys cooking to unwind. We both consider cooking to be a form of "therapy".

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed on Nov. 14, 2008 by Magique
I thought these cookies tasted great, but I didn't like the look of them at all. I took the advice of others and after putting them on the cookie sheet, I stuck them back in the fridge. They still spread out way too much. I wonder if adding a 1/2 tsp of baking soda or powder might help? Like I said, they tasted fabulous, but just not pretty after baking and spreading so flat.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

This was awesome stuff! It was a bit on the salty side but other than that, it was amazing! I added a few more macaroni noodles and a small can of tomato juice for some extra juice. The longer you let it simmer, the better it tastes.. can't wait to eat it for leftovers tonight!

Three Cheese Macaroni with Tomatoes

Reviewed on Sep. 28, 2008 by Cayci_3
This is wonderful. To make it a 5 star, I added some garlic and onion powder. This could give Pizza Hut pasta a run for their money! Great mix of cheeses, the tomatoes pop with flavor outta the oven, and the combination of powders really top it off. Thanks for the recipe!
