West Yorkshire constitutes one corner of the well-known rhubarb triangle, where farmers are fanatical about their rhubarb - thankfully for the rest of us!

Do you have recipes that feature rhubarb? Maybe you have traditional Yorkshire recipes too. Submit your recipe by clicking on Share a Recipe under Connect!

Wow! These are delicious. I did them just as the recipe but since I didn't have a mini-muffin tray I did full sized muffins. Next time I will cheat though and use ready made short crust pastry for the base.

Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

A really good dressing. I usually use grape seed oil, which I prefer but this was just as good with the vegetable oil.

Fifteens

As noted in another review, Digestive Biscuits are a British tradition. The closest American equilevant (sp?) would be Graham Crackers or Nilla Waffers. If using Graham Crackers, use the square section, if using Nilla Waffers, I'd probably add an extra 10-15 more to make up for the density of the Digestives. Best experiment a bit. Either way...these suckers are great!
