Incredible seafood, top quality beef, lamb and pork products, luscious fruits and cordials are only a few examples of the excellent homegrown ingredients on offer. Just thinking about the best of British food will conjure up some incredibly delicious images in your head: a piping hot steak and kidney pie; a spicy, fragrant Indian curry; magnificent desserts like Sussex Pond Pudding served with copious amounts of custard.

About me:
Well since I live by myself I don't really spend a lot of time cooking big meals. Occasionally I'll get the pans out and prepare something from scratch, but my cooking talents usually revolve around pre-cooked dinners and oven cooking frozen pies!

Delicious, fluffy, ridiculously easy! Perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch for two. Loved it, and wouldn't change a thing.

This is great for soothing a tickly/sore throat. I make it with green tea bags and oj. Thanks!

Alfredo Potatoes

Reviewed on Oct. 3, 2008 by Caroline C
I don't like the texture and skins of microwaved taters, so I zapped them in the mic for about 8 minutes then finished them off in the oven (about 10 mins @ 425 degrees). The Alfredo/garlic/cheese combo was absolutely amazing! I just wish I'd used oregano or an Italian herb blend instead of thyme. Oh well, I'll know for next time. Thanks!
